Skilken Gold is a 100-year-old, fourth-generation, family-owned commercial real estate development company. They also happen to be REALLY good at what they do, working with well-known brands like Sheetz, Publix, Target, TJ Maxx, Walmart, and more. All while remaining really humble, authentic, amazingly genuine people.
They work hard. They care hard. And Fechtor was proud to help them develop a voice and tell their story across multiple channels including environmental design, print communications, trade show design, and a brand new website that we absolutely love. Almost as much as we love this client.
A new, true identity.
Fechtor developed new identity elements — letterhead, stationery, business cards, anniversary marks, and more — that feel as elegant, inviting, and professional as the people who use them.
