It is tradition to honor the Best in Show winners of the previous year’s American Advertising Awards with the opportunity to design the theme for the following year’s competition. In 2023, Fechtor accepted that honor when their work for the Atlas Butler Earworm campaign stole the show.

Six months later, Fechtor dove head first into designing a theme and social campaign for the 2024 Addy’s, which happened to fall on February 29th. Its ethereal concept encouraged creatives within Central Ohio to take the leap with us, and embrace the infinite world of artificial intelligence.

Carpe diem! Seize the day. Impossible is nothing. No risk, no reward. 

The message comes in many shapes and sizes but the meaning remains the same. We as an industry throw logic and reason aside when we take a leap of faith. This Leap Day we are celebrating the choices we made to create something bold, something brilliant, something award-winning.
